No, we’ve got it covered. Our professionals arrive fully equipped with high-quality supplies, including vacuums. If you have a specific product you’d prefer we use on a certain surface, just let us know and we’re happy to accommodate.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide entry instructions, and our cleaners will lock up when they leave. Rest assured, your home will be in safe hands.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking. After your first booking, an account will be created for you so you can log in anytime and modify your bookings online. Please provide at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice, inability to access the home, or refusal of service at the door will result in a full charge.
